Glenn Rosen

Glenn Rosen is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Glenco, bringing decades of experience across the electrical, construction and property services industries. Under his leadership, Glenco has built a reputation for quality, reliability, and long-term client partnerships. Glenn is passionate about creating a high-performing culture where people are supported to grow, enjoy their work and achieve their career aspirations. Outside of work, he is a die-hard South Sydney Rabbitohs, Sydney Swans supporter and proud Grandpa and enjoys bringing that same loyalty and passion to everything he does.

Matthew Schneider

Electrical General Manager

Matthew Schneider is Glenco's Electrical Manager and a 25-year veteran of the business, recognised for his technical expertise, professionalism, and commitment to operational excellence. He leads Glenco's large-scale commercial, strata and industrial installation projects, working closely with clients and project teams to deliver exceptional results. Matt is also proud to have his son following in his footsteps as a qualified Glenco electrician, continuing a family legacy that reflects Glenco's commitment to developing careers across generations.

Daniel Spina

Level 2 ASP Manager

Daniel Spina leads Glenco's Level 2 ASP division, overseeing one of the company's fastest-growing service areas while driving business development and strategic client partnerships. With a strong commercial mindset and deep industry expertise, Dan works closely with clients to deliver practical, high-quality solutions that meet their needs. Michael Cunningham

Install Electrical Supervisor

Michael Cunningham is Glenco's Install Supervisor and one of Glenco’s most experienced and trusted leaders. With extensive electrical expertise and an unwavering commitment to quality, he oversees the successful delivery of major installation projects while mentoring and supporting field teams. Known for his leadership, technical knowledge and meticulous attention to detail, Mick plays a critical role in maintaining the exceptional standards of workmanship, safety and professionalism that have become synonymous with the Glenco brand.

Jarrod Jenkins

Electrical Service Manager

Jarrod Jenkins is Glenco's Electrical Service Manager, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the electrical division, leading the service team and overseeing the company's warehouse operations. Coordinating technicians, resources and logistics, he ensures every job is delivered safely, efficiently and to the high standards Glenco is known for. Jarrod's practical leadership, strong organisational skills and attention to detail play a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

Building Operations Manager

Tim Snowdon is the Operations Manager for Glenco Building & Maintenance, managing daily operations and ensuring all building projects run smoothly from start to finish. Leading a growing crew of qualified carpenters and project teams, Tim’s extensive experience in construction, project management and team leadership has contributed to the growth and success of our building division. Tim is passionate about delivering quality workmanship, supporting field teams, and achieving outstanding outcomes. He is committed to safe, efficient project delivery and exceptional customer service.

Natalie Flior

Customer Service

Natalie is the warm voice on the other end of the phone. With a customer-service-first mentality, she brings genuine kindness and care to every interaction, making sure clients feel heard and looked after from the first call. Natalie's care doesn't stop at the phone - she holds the Glenco team to the same standard, making sure every job delivers the professionalism, care, and outcome clients expect and deserve. Natalie's warmth, consistency, and high standards ensure every client walks away knowing Glenco genuinely has their back.

Customer Service

Accounts Officer

As Chair of Glenco, Alanna Khodeir provides strategic leadership, governance and commercial direction, drawing on more than a decade of involvement with the business. With a background in business advisory, organisational coaching and board leadership, she works closely with the executive team to drive performance, accountability and sustainable growth. Known for asking the tough questions, celebrating the wins and always bringing energy to the table, Alanna is passionate about helping Glenco, its people and its clients thrive.

Kirsten Newrick

Accounts Officer

Kirsten keeps the numbers honest. As one of Glenco's Accounts Officers, she's known for her diligence - always gathering accurate information before presenting it, so our clients can trust what's in front of them. Efficient and sharp-eyed, she has a knack for keeping everyone in check, catching the small things before they become big problems. Her steady, no-nonsense approach means the finance side of Glenco runs smoothly, freeing the rest of the team to focus on the job at hand. Kirsten's diligence, precision, and quiet accountability keep Glenco's books - and its people, honest.

Accounts Officer

Marketing Manager

Nicole is Glenco's Marketing Manager, responsible for building and leading the marketing function across our four divisions. Monte

Head of Team Morale

Monte is Glenco’s resident cheeky Cavoodle and part-time workplace supervisor. He has a strict no-work-boots policy, although enforcement usually involves barking from a safe distance. When he is in the mood, Monte happily accepts cuddles from the team and takes his responsibility for boosting office morale very seriously.
