Full-scale renovation and extension

A high-end coastal renovation and extension in South Coogee, delivered end-to-end by Glenco Building & Maintenance.

The brief: transform a tired existing dwelling into a contemporary coastal residence, defined by sculptural architectural forms, complex structural geometry and refined detailing throughout.

At its centre, a cathedral-style roof with an off-centre ridge creates dramatic internal volume and a striking coastal silhouette. Curved internal walls, integrated skylights and a new in-ground pool draw the home open to the light and strengthen its connection to the outdoors.
